RULE:

68A-16.001	Migratory Birds; Adoption of Federal Statutes and Regulations
68A-16.002	Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rules is to establish or revise rule provisions, during calendar year 2015, associated with birds.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rules include adoption of Federal statutes and regulations regarding migratory birds.  The subject area also includes rules associated with the conservation of bald eagles.
