	The Northwest Region Substance Abuse and Mental Health announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	February 17, 2015, 9:00am - 12:00 Noon EST.

PLACE:	DCF Circuit 2 Office at 2383 Phillips Road, Room 135 Tallahassee, FL 32308

Subject:	Capital Regional Medical Center, 2626 Capital Medical Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL is applying to open a Baker Act 24-bed Inpatient Behavioral Health Facility. A public meeting is being held to accept public and stakeholder comments regarding the prospective Baker Act designation of this facility. PLEASE NOTE: Comments and feedback will be accepted by either email or US Mail to the attention: SAMH Lisa Hetrick, Licensing Specialist 2383 Phillips Road, Room 213 Tallahassee, FL 32308 and must be received by 5:00pm EST on February 17.
