59G-6.080

Payment Methodology for Federally Qualified Health Center and Rural Health Center Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-6.080 is to incorporate by reference the Florida Title XIX Federally Qualified Health Center and Rural Health Center Reimbursement Plan (the Plan), Version V, effective July 1, 2014.

SUMMARY:

The amendment will reorganize the Plan for federally qualified health center and rural health center services, clarify existing language, and remove obsolete language.
