PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this action is to repeal Rules 1A-35.002, 1A-35.005, 1A-35.007, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The provisions and programs provided under this chapter are provided for under Ch. 1A-39, F.A.C. There is currently no grant project active under Ch. 1A-35, F.A.C.
