PURPOSE:

To implement Chapter 2013-123, L.O.F. and chapter 2014 -1, L.O.F., to promulgate  a rule form and possible rule language  that solicits the information required by the department from  a qualifying veteran or the veteran’s spouse to obtain an  initial application fee waiver for an application for certification under chapter 468 part IV Florida Statutes.
