Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation, District Four announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, March 10, 2015, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., open house format.

PLACE:	City Commission 1st floor chambers, Fort Lauderdale City Hall, 100 N. Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301.

Subject:	This Public Information Meeting is being held to allow interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, proposed design, and social, economic, and environmental effects of the proposed roadway improvements to SR 842 (Broward Boulevard) in Broward County, Florida. Financial Project ID No’s.: 429958-1-52-01, 428724-1-52-01. This project proposes to replace the eastbound and westbound bridges on SR 842 (Broward Boulevard) over the North Fork of the New River and resurface, restore, and rehabilitate SR 842 (Broward Boulevard) from SW 15th Avenue to SR 5/US 1. Other improvements include roadway lighting enhancements and the addition of a mid-block crosswalk at SE 1st Avenue.
