RULE:

40E-5.041	Permits Required
40E-5.101	Content of Application

PURPOSE:

The District proposes to amend its rules in accordance with the biennial review contemplated by Section 120.74(1), Fla. Stat. The proposed amendments  reference updated forms and make minor corrections.

SUBJECT:

Rule 40E-5.041 is amended to abbreviate UIC since it is abbreviated earlier in the rule chapter, and Rule 40E-5.101 is amended to reference updated Water Use Application forms.
