PURPOSE:

The District proposes to amend its rules in accordance with the biennial review contemplated by Section 120.74(1), Fla. Stat. The proposed amendments update statutory references and make minor corrections.

SUBJECT:

Rules 40E-8.021 and 40E-8.421, F.A.C., are amended to update the statutory reference to s. 373.709, F.S., and abbreviate agency names; and Rule 40E-8.431, F.A.C., is amended to reference the rule in which the Applicant's Handbook is incorporated.
