Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule is to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Waiver Provider Rate Table, November 2003. The effect will be to incorporate the Developmental Disabilities Waiver Provider Rate Table, November 2003, into rule. The rate table is available on the Medicaid fiscal agent’s website at http://floridamedicaid.acs-inc.com. Click on Provider Support, and then on Fees.

SUMMARY:
