PURPOSE:

The District proposes to amend its rules in accordance with the biennial review contemplated by Section 120.74(1), Fla. Stat. The proposed amendments provide clarity from Consumptive Use Permitting Consistency amendments.

SUBJECT:

Rule 40E-2.061 is amended to include equivalent NAVD; Rule 40E-2.071 is amended to clarify that connected canal systems are included
