RULE:

64E-13.001	General (Repealed)
64E-13.004	Standards (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed amendments are to repeal rules related to school sanitation. These rules are now within the authority of the Department of Education and this chapter no longer has statutory authority.

SUMMARY:

Rule 64E-13.001 provides a general statement as to the scope of the rule and addresses conflicts with the Uniform Building Code for Public Education Facilities. Rule 64E-13.004 provides the standards and minimum requirements for school sanitation and safety for schools of the state. Rules of the Department of Education now provide for these standards. These rules are not incorporated in other rules and the repeal of these rules will not have an effect on other rules.
