RULE:

64C-10.001

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this proposed new rule chapter is to implement law consistent with Section 409.820, F.S. The title of the rule will also be amended.

SUMMARY:

Minimum quality assurance and access standards for the Title XXI-funded Children’s Medical Services Network and Florida Healthy Kids components of the Florida KidCare children’s health insurance program.
