Reimbursement Contract

PURPOSE:

The State Board of Administration of Florida, Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, seeks to amend the rule listed above to implement Section 215.555, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being amended to adopt an amendment form to enable the parties to the 2015-2016 Reimbursement Contract to correct a scrivener’s error in the definition of "retention multiple."
