	The Agency for Persons with Disabilities announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 22, 2015, 2:00 pm EST

PLACE:	Agency for Persons with Disabilities - Tacachale Center 1621 NE Waldo Road Risk Management Building, Conference Room Gainesville, FL 32609

Subject:	In accordance with section 286.011, Florida Statutes, a Solicitation Conference and Site Visit is hereby noticed within the timeline for the Invitation to Bid, number APD 14-011, titled "Housekeeping Services." The Agency for Persons with Disabilities reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda and changes to this timeline and specifically to the meeting notices listed above. Notice of any change will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with section 287.042(3), Florida Statues and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Register (F.A.R.).
