Florida Transportation Corporations (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule Chapter 14-35 is being repealed as unnecessary and unsupported by a specific grant of rulemaking authority upon the repeal of the Florida Transportation Corporation Act by Chapter 2014-223, s. 19, Laws of Florida.
