	The Department of Children and Families, Refugee Services Program announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Description: As provided for in Sections 2.5 and 5.2 of this ITN which was published to the Vendor Bid System (VBS) on March 4, 2015. The VBS can be accessed at: http://vbs.dms.state.fl.us/. The purpose of the Debriefing Meeting of the Evaluators and Ranking of the Replies is to receive and record all evaluation scores for the ITN and calculate the final scores according to the evaluation methodology outlined in Section 5.2.
