PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule development is to provide operational management and oversight regarding the state data center.  The effect of this rule development will be the establishment of processes and responsibilities related to data center operations.

SUBJECT:

Access, budgeting and accounting, cost-recovery and operations, and service level agreements.
