State Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan Adopted

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to adopt the 2014 State Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan.

SUMMARY:

Section 252.35, Fla. Stat., requires the Division to “adopt the [state comprehensive emergency management plan] as a rule in accordance with chapter 120.”
