	The Department of Children and Families announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Meeting #1, Proposal Opening and Review of Mandatory Requirements: May 4th, 2015, 5:00 p.m.; Meeting #2, Debriefing Meeting of the Evaluators and Ranking of the Proposals: May 6, 2015, 3:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Department of Children and Families, 1317 Winewood Blvd., Bldg. 1, Suite 140, Tallahassee, FL 32399.

Subject:	All meetings are concerning the DCF Request for Proposals #RFP4B20ME1, Document Imaging System. The RFP was advertised on the DMS Vendor Bid System Electronic Posting Site: http://www.myflorida.com/apps/vbs/vbs_www.main_menu.
