61-24.009

Grounds for Disciplinary Proceedings (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal rule 61-24.009, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking repeals rule 61-24.009, F.A.C., which explains the grounds for disciplinary proceedings against athlete agents. The Department has determined that this rule is unnecessary or is duplicative of current Florida law.
