Notice of Non-compliance

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to add as a violation for which a notice of non-compliance may be issued in certain circumstances, a licensee’s failure to complete the required continuing education hours for the 2013-2014 reporting cycle.

SUMMARY:

A violation for which a notice of non-compliance may be issued in certain circumstances, a licensee’s failure to complete the required continuing education hours for the 2013-2014 reporting cycle will be added to the rule.
