59G-8.400

Medicaid Physician Access System (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule 59G-8.400 is being repealed. Requirements contained within this rule are no longer necessary as a result of the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care program implementation.

SUMMARY:

This rule establishes the requirements for the Medicaid Physician Access System (MediPass).
