RULE:

68A-4.001

General Prohibitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to revise general prohibitions pertaining to fish and wildlife.  The effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to enable the agency to better manage fish and wildlife resources.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment would provide for the taking of non-protected mammals and birds without restriction unless otherwise provided in the Title.
