Overview



	The COMPENSATION SUBCOMMITTEE OF THE INVESTMENT ADVISORY COUNCIL (IAC) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, May 27, 2015, immediately following the conclusion of the Special Meeting of the Investment Advisory Council of the State Board of Administration of Florida which begins at 2:00 p.m.

PLACE:	The State Board of Administration of Florida, 1801 Hermitage Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32308, in the Hermitage Room.

Subject:	The IAC Compensation Subcommittee will discuss and make recommendations relating to an incentive compensation program for the State Board of Administration, including criteria relating to the Executive Director and CIO of the State Board of Administration of Florida, and other matters that may come before the Subcommittee.
