PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rules is to repeal Florida Lottery personnel rules determined to be unnecessary

SUMMARY:

As a result of the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-211, the Florida Lottery has determined the rules in Chapter 53-25 to be unnecessary.
