Temporary License - Electronic Practice (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to add a deadline for filing applications for temporary licenses prior to commencement of the engagement.

SUMMARY:

A thirty day deadline for filing applications for temporary licenses will be added to the rule.
