RULE:

69K-33.002	Direct Disposal Establishments (Repealed)
69K-33.003	Centralized Embalming Facilities (Repealed)
69K-33.004	Cinerator Facilities (Repealed)
69K-33.005	Removal Services (Repealed)
69K-33.006	Refrigeration Facilities (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rules  69K-33.002, 69K-33.003, 69K-33.004, 69K-33.005, and 69K-33.006, F.A.C., are being repealed since they are duplicative of the law implemented or merely advise readers as to the location of another rule.

SUMMARY:

Rules 69K-33.002, 69K-33.003, 69K-33.004, 69K-33.005, and 69K-33.006, F.A.C., in Chapter 69K-33, F.A.C., Handling and Storing of Human Remains, are repealed.
