PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to remove the requirement that the notification to the Department of the licensee’s mailing address and place of practice be made by mail.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment deletes the requirement that the notification of the licensee’s mailing address and place of practice be made by mail.
