Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 9, 2015, 5:00 p.m

PLACE:	Mexico Beach Civic Center, 105 North 31st Street, Mexico Beach

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend a public information meeting concerning the replacement of the Bayou Bridge on 36th Street in Mexico Beach. The meeting will be held Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. (CST) at the Mexico Beach Civic Center, 105 North 31st Street, Mexico Beach. The intent of this project is to replace the low level 36th Street Bayou Bridge with a new structure. Construction is anticipated to begin winter 2017. The bridge will be closed during construction; however, traffic will be maintained along a detour route. Enclosed for your review is a copy of the meeting handout. Your comments are welcome and appreciated. Maps, drawings, and other information will be on display. There will be no formal presentation; however, representatives from FDOT will be available to discuss proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
