Dialysis Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.105 is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Dialysis Services Coverage Policy, __________.

SUMMARY:

The incorporated coverage policy will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, coverage policies, and reimbursement information. The amendment also revises the rule title to Dialysis Services.
