Overview



	The Department of Financial Services announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	August 4, 2015, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time

PLACE:	412K Knott Building, Tallahassee, FL 32399

Subject:	The Department of Financial Services invites prospective vendors to attend a vendor forum which will provide a project status update, and discussion about the upcoming Software and System Integrator (SSI) procurement for the Florida PALM Project (formerly the FLAIR and CMS Replacement Project). The Florida Channel may record the forum. There will be no Question and Answer session at the forum. However questions may be submitted prior to the forum until July 21, 2015 to vendorforum@myfloridacfo.com. The agenda will include but not be limited to the following: Introductions, Project Status Update, and SSI Procurement Information Notice of any changes or additional meetings will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
