PURPOSE:

The purpose of new Rule 59G-4.120 is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Coverage Policy, __________.

SUMMARY:

The incorporated coverage policy will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, coverage and limitation policies, and reimbursement information.
