RULE:

64B-7.001

Pain Management Clinic Registration Requirements; Exemption Certificates; Inspection and Registration Fees

PURPOSE:

To provide minimum requirements for the registration of a pain management clinic.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being amended to add the web address for the application, to make changes to the application, and to incorporate language from Rule 64B-4.005 relating to inspections.
