Diagnostic and Treatment Facilities or Services - Specific (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Repeal of this rule will eliminate imposed regulation of pediatric cardiac facilities, which extends beyond the Department’s statutory authority.

SUMMARY:

This rule provides that CMS approved pediatric facilities must comply with the CMS Pediatric Cardiac Facilities Standards adopted in October 2012 and must submit a number of forms which were also adopted by this rule.
