Overview



	The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Coastal Office announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, September 16, 2015, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Thursday, September 17, 2015, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

PLACE:	2nd Floor Royal Fern Hall, Fern Forest Nature Center, Broward County Parks and Recreation, 201 Lyons Road South, Coconut Creek, FL 33063

Subject:	The Coral Reef Conservation Program is holding a two-day meeting for the Our Florida Reefs Community Working Group in which both the North and South Community Working Groups will meet jointly. The Community Working Groups will review Southeast Florida Coral Reef Initiative (SEFCRI) Team and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) comments to refine the current list of recommended management actions and spatial areas of interest as needed. The goal of the recommended management actions is to improve the management of southeast Florida coral reefs through a balance of resource use and protection.
