Food Assistance Program Case Processing

PURPOSE:

The Department is amending the rule text to change the issuance cycle language and to complete a technical change to correct the spelling of the word income in section (9)(a).

This rule addresses food assistance program case processing within the context of food assistance program eligibility determinations.
