64B9-3.009

Practice of Nursing by Applicants for Licensure by Endorsement (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is being repealed because Section 464.022(4) sets forth the requirements for practice by endorsement applicant licensed in another state.  The board has no authority to extend the 60 day time period.
