40C-3.507

Casing and Liner Pipe Standards (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect will be to repeal this rule.

SUMMARY:

This rule is being repealed as a result of the July 2015 rule review performed for the Governor’s Office of Fiscal Accountability and Regulatory Reform (OFARR).  This rule was determined to be unnecessary.
