PURPOSE:

The primary purpose of this rulemaking is to adopt language to implement the electronic claims filing provision in subsection 717.124(7), F.S.  Further, these rules are being amended to clarify the statutory requirements under sections 717.135 and 717.1351, F.S., for filing claims and to remove unnecessary language.
