RULE:

64B8-2.001

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to delete obsolete definitions from the rule.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments delete the definitions of “Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates examination equivalent” and “community service” from the rule since these definitions are no longer utilized in the Board’s rules.
