Subject:	The Area Agency on Aging for North Florida, Inc. will present its plan to coordinate and deliver evidence-based health and wellness programs in its fourteen county planning and service area. Counties include: Bay, Calhoun, Franklin, Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, Wakulla and Washington.
