	The American Guaranty Fund Group announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Board will meet to discuss the general business of the Association. The agenda will include but not limited to: Minutes, Financial Report, AGFG Management Agreement, Operations Report and Executive Director Evaluation.
