PURPOSE:

The purpose of this amendment is to change the name of the State Documents Depository Program to the State Publications Depository Program and to modify and clarify the guidelines and procedures for participating in this program.

SUMMARY:

Amendment clarifies the designation, responsibilities, and termination of depository status of depository libraries.
