60L-34.001

Scope and Purpose (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is to be repealed. There will be no adverse effect on stakeholders or the public.

SUMMARY:

The agency will remove the scope and purpose from rules unless there is sufficient evidence of statutory authority for developing a scope and purpose which is not repetitive of the statute or a citation of legislative intent.
