Electronic Remittance of Support Payments

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12E-1.032 (Electronic Remittance of Support Payments) is to adopt, by reference, changes to three forms used to administer child support.

SUBJECT:

The subject of the rule workshop is the proposed revisions to child support forms.
