Social Work - Title Protection

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to repeal rules identified by the Department as no longer necessary or duplicative of statute.

SUMMARY:

This rule provides for investigation and appropriate actions when the department learns of the improper use of the title of social worker.
