	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 22, 2015, 6 p.m.

PLACE:	Calvary Chapel Miami 6737 SW 39 Street, Miami, FL 33155

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Six will hold a Public Hearing for an intersection improvement project along State Road (SR) 976/Bird Road/SW 40 Street at SW 69 Avenue, in Miami-Dade County, to discuss the project’s scope of work. The project identification number is 250629-3-32-01. The hearing will begin as an open house, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a formal presentation starting at 6:30 p.m. Graphic displays will be shown during the hearing, and FDOT representatives will be available to discuss the project.
