PURPOSE:

The purpose of the additional rule development workshop is to implement recent statutory requirements, update and clarify the rules and to adopt and incorporate forms by reference used in connection with holding companies, acquisitions and transactions between affiliates.

SUBJECT:

Insurance Holding Companies and acquisitions of entities regulated by the insurance code.
