59E-5.603

Medical Education Tertiary Care Disbursement (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to repeal this rule, which provided for the disbursement of monies from the Medical Education and Tertiary Care Trust Fund to statutory teaching hospitals, as the trust fund has been repealed.

SUMMARY:

Rule 59E-5.603 is unnecessary and no longer valid.
