State Term Contracts (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed repeal of rule 60A-1.044, F.A.C. (State Term Contracts), is to remove duplicated language of s. 287.012(28) and (29), 287.056(1), and 287.057(3)(b), F.S., and other extraneous language not of value.

SUMMARY:

Repeal rule 60A-1.044, F.A.C. (State Term Contracts).
